The People Behind DEVO

Mike is the President of DEVO Capital Management and of DEVO Trading & Consulting (DTC), a partner in Devlar Energy Marketing, LLC. With more than 30 years of experience in the futures industry, Mike has been a guest columnist with the Denver Post and is the author of numerous trade journal articles. He has also been a featured speaker at hedging and energy marketing seminars. In addition to his responsibilities as president of DEVO Capital, he is also the futures and options trading specialist for the firm.

Austin brings 10 years of trading experience to his role as VP of Trading at DEVO Capital Management. He works with energy participants across the value chain to create and implement hedging strategies that achieve goals, reduce risk, and match physical contracts. In addition to financial trading, Austin works closely with the Devlar team to help tie together physical and financial trading, market physical crude oil and natural gas, and model natural gas revenue. He also works closely with customers on natural gas processing contracts.

Prior to joining DEVO Capital, Austin worked at DCP Midstream as a financial analyst.

Austin is a Series 3 registered Associated Person (AP). He graduated from the University of Colorado–Boulder with a B.A. in Economics and a Business minor.

Chelsea has been part of DEVO Capital for 13 years, with experience in client hedging strategies, risk management, and firm operations. She currently serves as the firm's Compliance Officer, helping ensure the business and its clients are supported with care, consistency, and integrity. Chelsea graduated from California State University, Los Angeles with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and is a Series 3 registered Associated Person.

Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys coaching volleyball, hiking in the mountains, and spending time at the lake. She also has a passion for health and wellness and enjoys coaching individuals on nutrition and healthy, balanced living.

Kayla graduated from Fort Lewis College with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Marketing. She is a Series 3 Registered AP with DEVO Capital. Kayla is committed to the highest level of quality support and services for all Devlar clients.

Nancee is an Originator for DEVO Capital. Nancee graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Indiana State University. As a Series 3 registered AP, she provides quality support and services to DEVO Capital's clients.

Zareh Hovsepian is a Series 3 registered professional with a strong background in the energy industry and commodity markets. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin's McCombs School of Business and began his career working for an E&P oil and gas company, where he developed firsthand knowledge of the challenges and opportunities facing energy producers.

At Devo Capital, Zareh works closely with clients to develop risk management and hedging strategies tailored to their operational and financial objectives. In addition to advising clients, he focuses on business development and origination, building relationships with energy companies and identifying opportunities to provide customized risk management, hedging, and commodity market solutions.

Outside of work, Zareh enjoys traveling, spending time with family in Colorado, and exploring the state's beautiful mountains and landscapes.

Michelle graduated from Pennsylvania State University. She is a Series 3 Registered AP with DEVO Capital. Michelle has more than 23 years of industry knowledge, from which she brings scheduling and contracts experience. Prior to joining Devlar, Michelle was with Cantera Natural Gas and Copano Energy.

Austyn is a Series 3 Registered Analyst with DEVO Capital Management and an originator with Devlar Energy Marketing, LLC. Austyn graduated from the University of Wyoming and has experience trading financial commodities, while providing the highest level of quality support and services.
