Michael DeVooght
President
Mike is the President of DEVO Capital Management and of DEVO Trading & Consulting (DTC), a partner in Devlar Energy Marketing, LLC. With more than 30 years of experience in the futures industry, Mike has been a guest columnist with the Denver Post and is the author of numerous trade journal articles. He has also been a featured speaker at hedging and energy marketing seminars. In addition to his responsibilities as president of DEVO Capital, he is also the futures and options trading specialist for the firm.
Austin Devooght
VP of Trading & Origination
VP of Trading & Origination at DEVO Capital Management and NGL marketer for Devlar Energy Marketing, Austin is DEVO's NGL hedging specialist and works with customers on natural gas processing contracts. Prior to joining DEVO Capital, Austin worked at DCP Midstream as a financial analyst. He is a Series 3 registered AP and graduated from the University of Colorado-Boulder with a B.A. in Economics and a Business Minor.
Chelsea Hamilton
VP of Trading & Client Services
Chelsea graduated from California State University of Los Angeles with a Bachelor's degree in Finance. She is a Series 3 registered AP, and is committed to the highest level of quality support for all services at DEVO Capital.
Kayla Judd
Manager of Natural Gas Scheduling & Accounting
Kayla graduated from Fort Lewis College with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Marketing. She is a Series 3 Registered AP with DEVO Capital. Kayla is committed to the highest level of quality support and services for all Devlar clients.
Nancee Gregory
Branch Manager, DEVO Capital's Denver Office
Nancee is an Originator for DEVO Capital. Nancee graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Indiana State University. As a Series 3 registered AP, she provides quality support and services to DEVO Capital's clients.
Zareh Hovsepian
Originator
Zareh Hovsepian is a Series 3 FINRA-registered professional with a strong background in the energy industry and commodity markets. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin's McCombs School of Business and began his career working for an E&P oil and gas company, where he developed firsthand knowledge of the challenges and opportunities facing energy producers. At Devo Capital, Zareh works closely with clients to develop risk management and hedging strategies tailored to their operational and financial objectives. Outside of work, Zareh enjoys traveling, spending time with family in Colorado, and exploring the state's beautiful mountains and landscapes.
Michelle Carr
VP of Crude Oil Supply & Trading
Michelle graduated from Pennsylvania State University. She is a Series 3 Registered AP with DEVO Capital. Michelle has more than 15 years of industry knowledge, from which she brings scheduling and contracts experience. Prior to joining Devlar, Michelle was with Cantera Natural Gas and Copano Energy.

Austyn is a Series 3 Registered Analyst with DEVO Capital Management and an originator with Devlar Energy Marketing, LLC. Austyn graduated from the University of Wyoming and has experience trading financial commodities, while providing the highest level of quality support and services.
